Swine and Sons Provisions Opening in Winter Park

Swine and Sons logoThe Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder owners James and Julie Petrakis are opening a new Southern inspired quick service restaurant in Winter Park, Florida. Swine and Sons Provisions is located next to Cask & Larder and offers a variety of take out options. Seating is limited, as the establishment is geared toward fast counter service. Items for indulgence include charcuterie, crafted jams, sauces, dips, rubs and pastries. Satisfying butcher sandwiches and growlers of beer are sourced from nearby Cask & Larder. The restaurant also includes a store where visitors can purchase restaurant collections’ signature flare.

The menu combines elements from the owners’ two existing concepts with a take-out concept for Swine & Sons Provisions. Their intention is to serve customers from a quick take perspective rather than a more lengthy dining experience, which will surely play well with the lunch crowd.
