First Course
Hearts of palm pudding, bone marrow, crispy country ham salad, almond bread crumble

Second Course
Braised grouper cheek, clams, roasted hen of the wood mushrooms, preserved lemon vinaigrette

Third Course
Braised lamb neck, stewed baby carrots, pickled pearl onions, peppercorn jus, mint salsa verde

Fourth Course
Citrus sable, coffee custard, kumquat jam
